The Board of Trustees are pleased to announce that the Police Roll of Honour Trust is now fully registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR). The Board are hopeful that this will help raise awareness of the Trust's activities throughout the entire UK. Our charity number with the OSCR is SC044745 - we will be updating all our digital and print communications to reflect this.

Our thoughts are with the family, friends and colleagues of crew of the Police Scotland helicopter, call sign SP99, that crashed in Glasgow on Friday 29th November 2013. We can confirm that the crew of the aircraft will be forever remembered on the Police Roll of Honour.

The Police Roll of Honour Trust are proud to be unveiling the first ever headstone to mark the grave of PC James Gordon, St Helens Borough Police.
PC Gordon died 120 years ago today and has lain in an unmarked grave all this time. We will ensure he is never forgotten.

The Police Roll of Honour Trust will be holding a ceremony to mark the formal unveiling of a memorial headstone to the late Police Constable James Gordon of the St Helens Borough Police. The ceremony will take place in the St Helens Cemetery, Rainford Road, St. Helens. Merseyside at 11:00 hours on the 13th November 2013.

Following the tragic death of PC Andrew Duncan, Metropolitan Police the 2013 Police Roll of Honour has been updated to include PC Duncan. The Metropolitan Police Roll of Honour has also been updated with his name - he will be forever remembered on the official United Kingdom Police Roll of Honour. Lest We Forget.

The Police Roll of Honour Trust remembers all those men and women who died on September 11th 2001, our thoughts are with the families, friends and colleagues of all those who lost their lives. We recognise all those who died, as we are the Police Roll of Honour Trust we feel a particular affiliation to the 23 NYPD and 37 PAPD police officers who lost their lives. Lest We Forget.

Dover PD, New Hampshire - Chief Anthony F. Colarusso Jr. announces that the Dover Police Department has recently learned of the line of duty death of one of its officers nearly 125 years ago. Dover Police Special Officer George E. Pray was killed in a shooting that took place on December 31, 1888.

Michael Winner has died aged 77, he founded the Police Memorial Trust and was responsible for erecting the National Police Memorial at The Mall along with other local memorials to fallen police officers.

Paul McKeever, Chairman of the Police Federation of England Wales has sadly died aged 57. 14 days away from retirement Paul was rushed into hospital where he died.

On Sunday 16th September 2012 the Trust were honoured to lay a wreath at The National Firefighters Memorial at St.Paul's which followed the annual Service of Remembrance held in The Church of St. Bartholomew the Great, Smithfield's in the City of London.
