Killed as a result of enemy action during an air raid at Rolls-Royce Factory, Burgh of Renfrew.

Thomas Marlin

War Department Constabulary

Died 13 March 1941

Killed together during an enemy air raid whilst on duty at the Ordnance Factory, Dalmuir, Clydebank.


David Fenton Rooke

Police Constable
Ministry of Defence Police

Died 16 November 1973, aged 39

Suffered a fatal head injury in a motor accident when his van skidded on black ice while he was on mobile patrol on the runway at RAF Edzell near Forfar, Scotland.


Michael John Brown

Police Constable
Ministry of Defence Police

Died 27 July 1998, aged 34

Killed when he was accidentally thrown into the water, from a rigid inflatable boat, during a training exercise in the Firth of Clyde, Scotland.


John Wilkie

Police Constable
Ministry of Defence Police

Died 8 August 2001, aged 53

Died of heart failure at the end of a night shift at HM Naval Base, Clyde
